Things I miss about living in Boulder
#1: Noodles and Company
Noodles and company was first introduced by my friend Adam Krosnowski. The Boulder native restaurant serves mainly noodles of different kinds (American, Asian, Mediterranean). The restaurant had 4 qualities the I liked the most: tasty food, cleanliness and friendly staff. Spicy peanut sauce and rice noodle stir-fry, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Asian sprouts, cilantro, crushed peanuts and lime
PENNE ROSA
Spicy tomato cream sauce, penne pasta, mushrooms, tomato, spinach and wine, parmesan or feta
THAI CURRY SOUP
Yellow coconut curry broth, spinach, cabbage, mushrooms, tomato, red onion and rice noodles
